Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SunoMuse ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
SunoMuse is a Chrome extension that helps you create optimized prompts for Suno AI (suno.com). The Service provides:
- Text-to-prompt conversion optimized for Suno AI
- YouTube track audio analysis for automatic tag generation (Pro only)
- Music glossary and prompt builder tools
2. Account
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with Plus-equivalent features and free access to the Ultra AI model. After the trial period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
5. SNS Share Reward
Users who share the Service on X (formerly Twitter) will receive 500 credits (one-time per account). A tweet URL must be submitted for verification. Fraudulent shares (deleted tweets, private accounts, etc.) are not eligible for the reward.
6. Payment and Cancellation
- Payments are processed via Stripe credit card billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are generally not provided, except as required by law
7. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the Service
- Using automated tools for mass requests
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
8. AI-Generated Content
Prompts generated by the Service are produced by AI (OpenAI GPT). We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content. You are responsible for how you use the generated prompts.
9. Intellectual Property
The software, design, and content of the Service are owned by the operator. Prompts you generate through the Service belong to you.
10. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
- Changes to suno.com may affect the availability of certain features
- We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions
11. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify or terminate the Service with prior notice. Paid subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice.
12. YouTube Content Handling
The YouTube music analysis feature of this service only references metadata of YouTube videos (title, artist name, description, etc.) and uses AI to estimate musical style and generate Suno tags.
- This service does not download any YouTube audio or video streams.
- We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service (https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service).
- We do not copy or redistribute any content protected by YouTube copyrights.
13. Audio File Upload
The audio file analysis feature processes user-uploaded audio files solely for BPM, key, and spectral analysis purposes.
- Uploaded audio files are immediately deleted from the server after analysis is complete.
- We do not store, accumulate, or share audio files with any third parties.
- Users warrant that they own the copyright or have the necessary rights to analyze any audio files they upload.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court.
