SunoMuse ("the Service") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in with your Google account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile picture URL

1.2 Usage Data

• Number of prompt conversions (daily count)
• Conversion history (only when you choose to save)
• YouTube analysis results (temporarily cached)

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your activity on suno.com or generated music
• Browsing history
• Information from other extensions or tabs

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing the prompt conversion service
• Managing usage limits (free plan restrictions)
• Managing subscription status
• Improving the service and fixing bugs

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and database
• OpenAI: Prompt conversion processing (your input text is sent for processing)
• Stripe: Payment processing (card information is managed directly by Stripe)
• Cloudflare: API proxy

4. Data Storage and Security

• Account and usage data is stored in Firestore (Google Cloud)
• Authentication tokens are stored in Chrome extension's local storage
• Text submitted for conversion is not retained on our servers after processing
• YouTube analysis results are cached for performance

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your data by:

• Uninstalling the Chrome extension (removes local data)
• Requesting account deletion (email krystasis12@gmail.com)

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all user data from Firestore within 30 days.

6. Cookies

The Chrome extension does not use cookies. Our landing page may use cookies for analytics purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated within the service.

YouTube Data Handling

In the YouTube music analysis feature, we collect and use the following information:

• Video metadata (title, channel name, description, thumbnail URL)
• This information is used solely for generating Suno tags and analysis results are stored in Firestore.
• We do not collect or store YouTube video audio or visual data.

Audio File Handling

In the audio file analysis feature:

• Uploaded audio files are temporarily processed on Cloud Run.
• Audio files are immediately deleted from the server after analysis is complete.
• Only analysis results (BPM, key, energy values, generated tags) are stored in Firestore.
• Audio files themselves are never permanently stored.
